Take a walk on the wild side with the Nike Dunk Low ‘Cheetah’ on 29/05

Animal pack type shoes have always been big hits for Nike and the upcoming Nike Dunk Low ‘Cheetah’ will be no different. In fact, this new cheetah print version of one of Nike’s pre-eminent silhouettes presents an apt metaphor for the swoosh’s approach to the model. That is to say that the Dunk won’t be slowing down any time soon.

A cream underlay on the upper is joined by a mocha-coloured Nike Swoosh, ankle collar and Nike logo on the tongue. Meanwhile the midsole appears in a lighter white whilst the outsole sports the same brown as the swoosh. However, it is the sneaker’s overlays that give it its name and are easily the most interesting part of the sneaker. The material changes to a longer suede that is reminiscent of the previously released curry dunks. This suede is subtly two-toned, creating the impression of cheetah print. Overall, this looks to be a dunk built from slightly more premium materials than standard.

Releasing on 29/05 on Nike SNKRS in Europe, this release is sure to race off virtual shelves as fast as its namesake would suggest. Official releases images from the SNKRS app are provided below.
